Autumn Landscape Workshop on Sunday 28th September

An opportunity to watch a painting demonstration by 'Cotswold Artist of The Year 2025' to gain an insight into his selection of materials including brushes, colours, painting mediums and surfaces that he prefers to use. The day will start 10:00am with a demonstration followed by a series of painting activities designed to build confidence with oils or acrylics. There will be a lunch break and in the afternoon session there will be more painting activities leading towards a completed painting to take home. The aim of the workshop is for participants to feel a lot more confident with the application of paint focusing on composition, colour mixing and colour theory as well as mark-making. This workshop is open to all abilities and participants will receive a list of materials to bring. The workshop will end at 4:00pm with a celebration of work.
