Azurite Sea and Egyptian Blue Sky

A painting inspired by a visit to the Isles of Scilly. The clear and bright Egyptian blue sky was perfect as a backdrop to the azurite sea. I have used ancient 18th Century pigments to create theis painting on smooth watercolour paper measuring 17cm x 11cm. The painting is mounted using an acid free mount and is protected in cellophane. The painting is titled, dated and signed on the reverse.
