Cadmium Rose Hedgerow, Isles of Scilly

A painting that was inspired by a memorable visit to St Martins in the Isles of Scilly where I proposed to Rebecca and we celebrated a special birthday. This was a view looking along the coastal path with tinges of rose colour in the landscape and fresh grass lining the track. It was a very wet and I was walking back to the hotel to meet rebecca for Sunday Lunch. I have created an oil painting of the exact view but it is already sold. The painting measures 10cm x 15cm and is presenetd in an acid-free mount with protective cellophane. The painting is dated, signed and titled on reverse.
