Looking Upstream From The Weir In June

This is the stretch of the River Avon that is slightly further away from Stratford Upon Avon and close to the new Marina which is on the opposite side. The colours in June are so fresh and with the fast flowing water going over the weir I could have spent more time looking and appreciating the beautiful view upstream with overhanging trees and clear blue skies. The painting was completed in my garden studio in Stratford Upon Avon on stretched canvas using oil paint. The painting is sold unframed but at an additional cost framing can be arranged. The painting is titled, signed and dated on the reverse.
