Lost At Sea

This painting titled "Lost At Sea' is about the vulnerability that one has when out at sea. The thought of beong 'Lost At Sea' is probably the scariest idea that I can think of and this painting is about looking out to sea and thinking of what is actually out there. The painting was created through lots of scraping with palette knives and other implements as well as using my fingers to smooth the transitions of paint. There are areas of thicker marks of paint and the piece is painting contains a lot of different blues and greens.
