Porthmeor Beach Atlantic Hues

This painting is all about the beauty of the colours experienced along Porthmeor Beach in St Ives in December 2022. The colours of teh sky were fresh with low lying clouds and glints of pink hues. The painting is highly textured with thicker areas of oil paint applied with a stiff brush to reveal the gestural marks.
