The River Windrush in Burford

As the sun was rising through the trees on a cold winter’s morning I walked along the River Windrush in Burford during Boxing Day 2024. There was a lot of blue already in the sky reflected into the water and the skeletal trees in the distance provided the focal point. The original oil on canvas is presented in a bespoke hand painted frame painted in Slipper Satin by Farrow & Ball. The painting measures 30cm x 40cm and is signed in the bottom right hand corner and is ready to hang.
