Viridian Fields and Cobalt Blue Sky
Viridian Fields and Cobalt Blue Sky

A painting inspired by the iconic rapeseed that covers the countryside at the end of Spring and the start of Summer. I really liked the moody cobalt blue sky after a downpour that helped to liven up the vegetation with the sunlight hitting the lush viridian coloured fields. This view is typical of the English countryside around Warwickshire and in particular Stratford-Upon-Avon where I live. The painting measures 80cm x 80cm and is presented in a bespoke hand painted frame by the leadeing framers QED, based in Marlborough. The painting is signed, titled and dated on the reverse and is ready to hang. The painting is sold with a Valuation Certificate.
