Abstract Landscapes

A selection of paintings that have been guided by experiences of travelling, living in the United Arab Emirates and my subconscious mind, allowing for a more intuitive and expressive approach to creating work. These paintings are developed over weeks and months until I feel that the mood and energy that I am trying to achieve, appears before me. This stems from my appreciation of the Abstract Expressionist painters, who's work I was deeply inspired by as an under-graduate and continue to be.
